Contract Terms
Our overall approach to the agreement of a contract to supply storage services is one of flexibility.
To provide a benchmark for pricing we have a series of standard rates which are based on standard terms but in most cases terms are negotiable:
Duration
Our standard terms are a minimum contract duration of one month but we are happy to consider any duration. Highly competitive rates are available for long term storage.
Pricing
We are happy to structure our pricing to suit your preferences; i.e. - by area (standard terms minimum of 1000 sq ft), by individual machine or by number of pallets.
Payment
Standard terms are monthly in advance but we are happy to negotiate terms to suit both parties. We are able to accept payment by cheque, electronic transfer and all major credit cards.
All storage is supplied under the current RHA Conditions of Storage, a copy of which is available upon request. As is industry standard we provide insurance for our premises and the customer provides insurance to cover the stored goods; we are however happy to work with our brokers to offer insurance on goods if required. Any additional insurance costs can be paid seperately or can be absorbed into the storage rate.
